  • IMPORTANCE OF THE ALIMENTATION

Among children, the goal of the alimentation is to give enough energy and nutriment in order to assure an optimal development, so to keep them in good health (for example the development of the muscle and the organ, good teeth…).

So, we must give enough of all the aliments to the children.

That’s not a problem for the rich countries (America, Europe,…), but for Haiti, our case study, it’s not easy to be and to keep somebody in good health.

How can we help them to keep them population fit and healthy ? Let’s give advice to them !

    Haiti

    Breast feeding*1 for the babies

We know first of all, that have clean water is difficult in Haiti, and for the alimentation of the babies, they don’t have so choice of meals. So we can recommend the mother to breast feed them babies. Like that they can have more vitamins, more nutriments, than just water, and compared to artificial milk, it costs nothing !

    Wash your hands !

Haiti For us, the fact to wash our hands after go to the toilet, before eat, etc, is very simple, but the population of Haiti is not aware*2 of this important thing to include in them daily routine. So, we recommend them to wash them hands a lot of times in the day in order to be neat*3. The cleanliness*4 takes part in the alimentation because all you eat have an effect on your health.

    And you ?

And you, behind your cell phone, your computer, comfortably seated, recently ate, what do you think about the subject ? What can we recommend to the population of Haiti for them heath ?

I really invite you to react and post a commentary !

The sequel of the article will come soon, in the next week !
