The republic from Haiti knew a lively political system: today a temporary president, Jocelerme Privet, has been designated since14th February 2016.
The government knew a lot of political regimes without ever being able to implement a democratic system despite the 22 constitutions. But the system looks like a democratic one because of the powers it gives to the population.
There are 3 powers:
-The legislative power directed by the National Assembly which is made of two chambers: the Senate and the chamber of deputy.
-The executive power directed by the president (5 years), the prime minister and his cabinet.
-The judicial power directed by the courts.
